Edward Bindel has been a member of the Board of Governors of the New York Cardiac Center since 2001 and is a retired computer systems entrepreneur and business executive. He created a well-known company called Minidata which became a leading provider in the payroll service sphere. At its zenith, it provided services to more than 8,000 clients. Ed sold his company to Control Data Corporation (later called Ceridian) and then headed its payroll division for many years. Education: BSEE, MSEE CCNY.
